Change Grow Live – Alcohol Service – Patients are able to self-refer to service and they provide support inpatient detox and prescribing: https://www.changegrowlive.org/
First Contact Physiotherapist – delivers services to 16+ year old patients with musculoskeletal problems (neck, back, bones, joints or muscles). The FCP is a physiotherapist with specialist training who is able to see patients with these conditions, deal with related medication and organise services or investigations if appropriate. Self referral to to this service is available.
Physiotherapy – Print off a self-referral form or pick one up a from the reception desk and post directly to the Physiotherapy Department.
Vasectomy – Patients can self-refer to the Nottingham Road Clinic by calling 01623 624137 or emailing nottinghamroad.clinic@nhs.net to book an appointment (no referral form).
