With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
The surgery has automatic doors, internal and external and a portable induction loop system is available. Baby changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet.
GP Extraction System and Care Data
The way the NHS uses data to plan health care is changing. From Autumn 2014 data will be extracted securely from GP practice IT systems with the intention of improving healthcare.
To find out more about this please read the patient information leaflet or the FAQ document for more detailed information.

Proactive Care Programme (PCP)
The NHS has introduced a new service for people who are more at risk of an unplanned hospital admission in an emergency situation and who would be likely to benefit from more tailored, active support from their GP surgery. We believe personal care planning could help improve your health and wellbeing, as well as help to reduce the risk of unplanned hospital admissions. We will be writing to patients identified as potentially benefiting from this programme.
The NHS Friends & Family Test
We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service. It is based on one simple question:
"How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care of treatment?"
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your expeirence - what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you're helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.
If you'd prefer to give your comments anonymously, then please do so. If you do leave your contact details then we might get in touch, to talk to you about your feedback so we can better understand your views.
If you would like to leave feedback please pick up a card in surgery or visit the NHS Choices website.
