Noticeboard

As at today, 22 July, our medicines wholesalers have indicated that we will have reduced deliveries over the next 24-48 hrs due to isolating staff and availability of appropriate temperature controlled delivery vehicles in the hot weather. Please be patient. Our team are now working to 3 to 4 days to have medicines ready. Our team will continue to do their best.

FREE Lateral Flow Test Devices are available from the Collingham Pharmacy - it is important to continue to test to protect you, your family and our community.  Follow national guidance to isolate on a positive test and attend a PCR testing Centre.

Lateral Flow Testing offers reassurance that you are not carrying the virus, even if symptom free.   If you have symptoms, please book PCR test and isolate.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagHome visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.  Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit.  There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the practice.

If you are housebound due to a clinical condition, please let the Patient Care Advisers (PCA) know in order that a doctor can telephone you to discuss a visit.  Requests for home visits should ideally be made before 10.30 am.
