COVID-19 Vaccination Programme – 2022
The Collingham Medical Centre is supporting the COVID Vaccine Campaign for Newark and Collingham Districts – this is for all eligible patients of all ages where the vaccination has been opened including Spring Boosters and 5-11 yrs old COVID Vaccinations.
This site is one of a number of locations you can receive your COVID vaccination – other services and locations can be found on the national booking system -Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines - NHS (www.nhs.uk) or dial 119.
We have started to contact patients with mobile numbers with a text link to book directly into a slot … the text reads “Book your COVID Vac at Collingham Medical Centre, NG23 7LB” followed by a link which takes you straight to dates/times to choose at Collingham Medical Centre.
For patients without mobile numbers noted on your records, you can call 119 once you receive your invite to say you are eligible.
We aim to deliver a large part of this campaign at weekends at the Collingham Medical Centre in order not to disrupt your general practice services during the working week.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status
From 17 May, patients can access their COVID-19 vaccination status though the NHS App. Patients are being advised by Gov.uk that they do not need to contact their GP surgery about their COVID-19 vaccination status.
Currently, the Booster is not required for your COVID passport (it is your primary doses) which define your COVID passport. Vaccination information is available on the NHS App to view.
FREE Lateral Flow Test Devices are no longer available from the Collingham Pharmacy.
